Somertek White 7" is very similar to the Binatone README, but with a much better internal memory at 4GB, it also gives you much more in the way of addition function, namely it will play MP3 files and video etc. Again lower battery life (a sad 4 hours,) than the iPad or Kindle Fire, but then it is pretty cheap, so, as I've said in some of the other reviews, you get what you pay for.
PROS: Its cheap, Built in MP3 Player, Watch movies and video.
CONS: Shorter Battery Life than eReaders with the Ink Screen Technology.
